For over 20 years, the world of Wars & Quests has provided to their fans a wonderful world created with innovative and strong assets and has created a universe that has the ability to expand in different medias such as Marvel and DC have done in the past. Our first mandate to expand that universe is to create an immersive and innovative open world video game, which will be the foundation to expand into other medias including books, audio books, comic books and even into TV shows and movies in the next decade. .

THE BOARD GAME
Nostra Studio will design three products over a period of 1 year. The first product is a new version of the tabletop game of Wars and Quests. The product targets our clientele who are RPG players and who are fans of tabletop games. The second product is a board game in the form of a playing card and a game board with dice, the product targets a new, more family-oriented clientele, who will only play for a few hours. The third product is a web application that centralizes data, its main use is to play online. Despite its last edition, which dates back to the 2000s, its regional success already offers opportunities for partnerships with Canadian, American and European distributors.
OUR TEAM
A strong team requires a unified approach to leadership by the management within the studio and the team, especially as the team starts to grow. Allowing for negotiation and critical thinking makes it easier to solve problems within the team. It encourages open communication between managers and team members and emphasizes good communication skills and active listening. It ensures managers and team members are working toward a common goal which has been clearly defined. It helps managers clearly outline the roles and expectations for their team members. Understanding the importance of team management and working to develop your team management skills can help you be the most effective leader possible. The more effective you are at managing your team, the more successful your team will be within the workplace.

The Cité du Multimédia neighborhood in Montreal is an important resource we can join and leverage to increase the potential of our product and distribution opportunities. Rental needs are essential to the development of the studio on several aspects. At the business level, this gives us additional credibility in the eyes of our partners and may open new opportunities. It also allows us to galvanize the team to better work as a single unit, to further emphasize our strengths and mitigate weaknesses in order to produce a better game over the three years of production. This physical location also allows us to have better data production through local servers, protecting us against fraud and piracy.
